Hackers are getting more and more persistent in getting ahold of your personal information. If you love shopping online, downloading music, or even just checking email, please make sure you keep Windows and all of your drivers and antivirus/antispyware software updated!

To update Windows, simply click Start, then All Programs, then click Windows Updates.

Most antivirus software updates on its own. MOST not all! Make sure your you have a good antivirus program that will constantly update itself to keep up with the most recent virus threats. McAfee, Norton, and AVG are good antivirus programs.

As simple as this sounds, there is a catch; These updates happen DAILY! There is always an update to Windows, mainly for security reasons.
