Rumor had it that Hogger was gone from Elwynn Forest, but Zarhym on the US forums quickly denied the claim. In fact, he threw in a little teaser about plans for Hogger and Cataclysm:

Is Hogger Hill a dungeon? A new zone within Elwynn Forest? It’s all a mystery…!!!

In case you aren’t familiar with Hogger, he is the first Elite mob you face as a low-level Alliance player in Elwynn Forest. Many good times have been had with Hogger and for the possibility of Blizzard either upgrading him to maybe a World Boss or even a dungeon is a great thing.
