There are ALOT of games coming out this year, which I'm sure us 360 owners should be thrilled about. So what are the games you should keep an eye out for? Although there are more than 10 games to be excited about, I picked the 10 games I cannot wait for. So here they are:

10. NBA 2K10/Madden 2010(TBA 2009): With the improvements they made in both these sports games with NBA2k9 and Madden 2009, Visual Concepts and EA Sports should have an even better sports game this year. Can't wait.

9. Fight Night Round 4(TBA 2009): Played Round 3? One of the best boxing games I've ever played. With Round 4, although the original developers were closed down(EA Chicago), EA Canada really can't go wrong with the formula: brutal boxing with easy controls and star boxers like Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali in the lineup.

8. Batman: Arkham Asylum(TBA 2009): Batman: Arkham Asylum Screenshot

Although not based off of the 2008 movie hit, this game is looking great. The graphics are amazing, and how can you go wrong with Batman facing off against the Joker in a psycho-jail?

7. Champions Online(Second Quarter 2009):Champions Online Various

Being able to create my own superhero and run around in an open world with thousands of other superheroes is just too good to pass up. If you played City of Heroes, you can't miss this one made by the same developer, Cryptic Studios. The character customization in City of Heroes won many awards, even caused a lawsuit for being so robust. Definitely keeping an eye out for this one.

6. Resident Evil 5(March 13, 2009):

Shooting zombies is always a fun formula, especially after the success of Left 4 Dead. Resident Evil 5 has 2 player co-op online and keeps the control scheme from Resident Evil 4, a game that also received many awards. With many tense and exciting moments to experience, Resident Evil 5 is definitely on every gamers wishlist this year.

5. Star Ocean: The Last Hope(February 24, 2009): Star Ocean: The Last Hope Various

If you love epic RPGs like Final Fantasy, you have to be excited for Star Ocean: The Last Hope. It spans 3 discs and easily has 40 hours of gameplay, even more with the potential of side quests.

4. Halo 3: ODST(Fall 2009):

Halo 3 has sold nearly 8 million copies, which means about every 1 of 2 Xbox 360 owners has this game. Halo 3: ODST is a stand-alone expansion that will feature about 5 hours of gameplay with a different type of experience than the original Halo 3. The mere fact that its an expansion to Halo 3 is reason alone to be thrilled about this one.

3. Street Fighter IV(February 19, 2008): Street Fighter IV Screenshot

In my opinion, Street Fighter 2 is the best 2D fighter ever made. Period. Street Fighter IV has all of the elements that made Street Fighter 2 and it's successors so successful and added 3D graphics, but kept the 2D feel. Throw in online multiplayer and a ton of extras and you have a Game of the Year potential game.

2. Call of Duty 6(Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2)(TBA 2009): Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was an instant hit with it's immersive single-player mode and a very addictive multiplayer component. The next installment should be just as fun as the first, although no details have been announced other than it will be released this year. Will definitely be a must have for 2009.

1. Grand Theft Auto IV: Lost and the Damned(February 17, 2009): Grand Theft Auto IV Screenshot

The Xbox 360-exclusive expansion to my Game of the Year of 2008, This is definitely my most anticipated title this year. Matter of fact, I am so excited for this expansion that I am writing up a full preview in the days to come, so I will save my comments for my write up!

Runners Up: Splinter Cell Conviction, Bayonetta, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Wanted: Weapons of Fate, Wheelman.
