1. The first step is simply finding my CrossLoop banner on the right-side of my website and clicking “Get Help From Me”. You can also visit http://crossloop.com/PCSwizz.

 Click “GET HELP FROM ME” now!

2. Once there, click on the "Chat With Me” icon.

 

3. That’s pretty much it! During our chat session, we will discuss your computer issue and download a small file in order for me to connect to you. Once connected, I will have control of your mouse and will be able to fix your computer!
