Facebook loading slow for you? What about any other websites? Try these steps for faster browsing:
- Clear your browser’s cache.
- For Internet Explorer 8: Go to your Control Panel and open “Internet Options”. Under the “General” tab in the “Browsing History”, click “Delete”. Next, make sure “Temporary Internet Files”, “Cookies”, and “History are checked. Then click Delete.
- For Firefox 3.6: Hit Control+Shift+Delete inside the Firefox browser. Be sure to change the “Time frame to clear” to “Everything” in the drop-down box. Then click “Clear now”.
- For Chrome 4.0: Click the Wrench in the upper-right corner of Chrome, then click “Options”. Under the “Personal Stuff” tab, go down to the “Browsing Data” section and click “Clear Browsing Data”. Where it says “Clear data from this period” change it to “Everything”.
- Check your internet speed.
- Is your internet speed at where it should be? Click here to find out how to check and troubleshoot your internet speed. If your speeds are below what you are paying for from your internet provider, you should call them immediately to troubleshoot your connection.
- Remove spyware from your PC.

- Reboot your PC.
- Restarting your computer can clear your memory and potentially speed up your browsing experience.
